The staging mantra of this mid-century Palm Springs golf course estate, built in 1963 by developer Boris Gertzen and architect Ken Burgess and reimagined in 2024 by Holding 44 Development, make it "unexpected" among a sea of other mid-century, atomic ranch and contemporary styles in the area. With a color palette influenced by its desert setting, we took a monochromatic direction with warm woods, light textured upholstery and silhouettes that echo its mid-century roots.
