Delivery Information
All domestic made-to-order items will receive white glove delivery service. With this service, your delivery will be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you. Our delivery team will carry the order into your interior. They will also unwrap and assemble the products (when applicable). The team will clean up and remove any packaging when they are done.
If multiple items are purchased together, including both quick ship and made-to-order products, your items may be delivered during different windows. Shipping costs will vary per item.
buyer policies
In-stock orders that require transportation across different markets may be subject to additional shipping fees.
For orders that need to be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states, it is the client's responsibility to source and hire a freight forwarder.
The shipping address to your freight forwarding company must be within of the 48 contiguous states.
You will incur a delivery fee to your freight forwarders address.
Any trips with 2+ flight of stair will incur a $100 fee per additional flight.
Returns:
You must create your made-to-order or quick ship return request within 14 days of delivery. To begin the return process, email pictures of your item to elevate@vestahome.com. A member of our team will be in touch shortly. You can then arrange for our delivery partner to pick up your return. The furniture must be picked up within your 14-day return window. Returns picked up outside of 14 days will not be honored. Once picked up, you will be refunded for the returning furniture minus a 50% processing fee. Return eligibility is determined at our discretion; damaged items cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
We do not allow any exchanges.
Made-to-order and quick ship products are fulfilled 48 hours after your order is placed. You can request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Order cancellations requested after 48 hours will be refunded in full minus a 25% processing fee.
Made-to-order cancellations that are requested 14+ days after order placement, or after the order has been shipped, will incur a 50% fee.
Made-to-Order Items
Order modifications on made-to-order items are free within 48 hours. We want to make sure your piece(s) are just as you envisioned them — which is why we offer the flexibility to adjust your order. Upon receiving your order, we immediately begin processing your purchase, and any changes during the fulfillment process result in lost time and materials. As with our cancellation policy, we ask that you finalize all order modifications within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, there is a 25% order modification fee. Order modifications requested after 14 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Quick Ship Items
Your quick ship items will be fulfilled within 48 hours of purchase and are not eligible for modifications.
We encourage you to inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive them. If you have any quality concerns, we're happy to work with you to correct the issue. To report any problems, please send a photo to <elevate@vestahome.com> within 72 hours.
Made-to-Order Variances
We work closely with our supply chain partners to ensure each production run falls within our approved variance range. Minor variances in size and shape may occur, as our products are individually crafted for each order.
Rug Variations
Variations in weave, fiber size, color, and overall rug size (up to 5% in length and width) are normal characteristics of handmade rugs and are not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Our return policy is limited to one return per household.
- Discounts/promotions cannot be stacked or retroactively applied.
- Damaged items that have been moved from the original delivery address will not be eligible for return or replacement.
- The shipping charge will not be refunded once a return is initiated
If you are not present during the agreed-upon delivery window, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of $200.
Deliveries can be scheduled Monday through Friday based on your location and the carrier’s availability. You will receive a scheduling link from us, allowing you to choose which day you would like to accept delivery. A recipient (18+) must be onsite to accept delivery.
We urge you to carefully measure your space prior to placing an order. It is crucial to measure all doorways, hallways, and/or elevators that your items will have to pass through. If the delivery team is not able to bring your order inside due to its size, the order will be considered a return. We will refund the amount paid minus a 50% restocking fee and shipping fee once your order is received back at our facility.
Please note: Orders that are held at a local distribution center for more than 14 days will incur a weekly charge of $59 per item (plus applicable taxes).
additional wholesale policies
Orders may be placed on our website or by submitting a purchase order to your account executive. A digital invoice for payment will confirm POs. Vesta will apply discounts on the confirmations based on order totals within three business days. Shipping and release forms will be included.*Please note that your first order must be placed with a Wholesale Representative.*
All prices on our website are in USD and FOB. Wholesale orders must meet the $15k order minimum to qualify for a 50 % discount tier.
All made-to-order orders require a 30% deposit at the time of order placement, with the remaining 70% is due upon shipment. We accept major credit cards and ACH wire transfers. We do not accept payments from third parties. ACH payment is required for all international customers.
Vesta offers a 48-hour hold period for in-stock items before they are released back into inventory. Please note that 100% of the order total is required at the time of purchase to secure your items. Quick-ship items will be shipped 14-21 days from the date of the order placement.
Once an order is ready to ship, Vesta can hold your product for a maximum of 15 business days. Orders not picked up or shipped after this time frame risk cancellation, and your deposit is forfeited. Storage in our warehouses incurs a weekly fee of 1% of the order total based on the in-stock date. The minimum storage charge per order is $250.
Vesta offers multiple options for receiving orders to ensure a smooth delivery process. Please provide your intended shipping method at the time of your order. The following are our current procurement options:
- Vesta Freight: Let Vesta manage shipping your product Quotes will be provided based on individual orders. All orders will be shipped from the Vesta warehouse nearest to your specified receiving location. Pricing will be provided in real-time to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information. Partial shipments can be requested.
- Will Call and customer's preferred carrier: Will Call customers and customers using their own carrier can specify their preferred warehouse for order pickup or shipping. Will call pick-ups require an appointment.
- Transfer Requests: A transfer fee of $75.00 per cubic meter will be applied to transfer product to one of four of Vesta’s Warehouses. Please note that not all items are eligible for transfer.
For the release of goods, all customers or their authorized carriers must provide the specific Vesta order number. We strive to facilitate efficient and convenient order delivery based on your preferences.
Please note that Vesta only accepts returns or exchanges with prior authorization. Returns must be new, unopened cartons, and in perfect condition.
To request a return, please contact trade@vestahome.com. Return authorization must be obtained within 10 business days from the original shipment date. The original Vesta packaging, internal packaging material, and assembly hardware must accompany the returned items. Damaged returns will not be credited.
The customer is responsible for approved return shipping. Please note that authorized products returned via freight collection will not be accepted. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returned goods. Special made-to-order order items cannot be returned except through an approved claim.
Floor samples, closeouts, and clearance items are considered "as is" and are final sale. Therefore, they are not eligible for return. Rejected or unauthorized returns will not be credited.

At Vesta, we strive to give you accurate lead time estimates and fulfill our commitments to the best of our ability. However, please remember that these dates are estimates and may change unexpectedly due to factors beyond our control. As a result, Vesta cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental, that may occur due to any delays. We appreciate your understanding.

Fabric Variations
While we highly recommend ordering fabric swatches before finalizing your fabric selection, it's important to note that there may be dye lot variances from one bolt to another, resulting in slight color variations.
