Vesta designer Tiara Coughlan partnered with Chaz Stevens Design and Equity Union from Ferretti Real Estate Group to transform this 5,000sf residence in the coveted Morningside community into a sophisticated, inviting retreat. With expansive open-plan spaces, staging was essential in bringing warmth and cohesion to the home. We infused the interiors with rich wood textures, neutral-toned furnishings and sleek black metal accents.

The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining, featuring our Jove armchairs and Grasse sun loungers. Areas for dining, sunbathing and gathering around the fire pit encourage you to soak in the beauty of the surroundings: a mountain setting with golf course views and the soothing sound of rolling water from the pond.
