Studio units were designed with a super-neutral palette, establishing a chic backdrop and allowing subtle layers of texture and material to add depth without overwhelming the compact footprint.
One-bedroom unit interiors were created as an extension of the architecture itself—clean, modern lines paired with layered textures that soften the concrete and glass. A warm palette of wood, metal and textiles creates balance, allowing the space to feel both grounded and inviting.
Two-bedroom units were approached with an emphasis on openness and light. Neutral-toned furnishings ensure that nothing distracts from the architecture or the vistas. The result is an expansive, understated space where function, proportion and the city’s panorama work seamlessly together.
