THE STAGE IS SET: VESTA HAS ARRIVED IN DC
The newly built estate, with nearly 13,000-square-foot interiors, is perched on the site of the renowned Cafritz Mansion and listed for sale by The HEIDER Company / TTR Sotheby’s International Realty.
A collaboration between Jones Boer Architects, The Banks Development Company and Arentz Landscape Architects, 3030 Chain Bridge is a faithful reinterpretation of 18th-century English architecture; Vesta’s staging design spotlights handcrafted details and brings a livable quality to the expansive spaces for a modern buyer.
“Staging truly brings a home to life,” says Vesta designer Seth McCaughey. “It's about creating a feeling, so a client can envision it as a future home the first moment they step through the door.” The property’s grand architecture and proportions called for a design that emphasized symmetrical and asymmetrical forms.
Furnishings were selected from Vesta’s custom collection of modern organic pieces in sophisticated fabrics and finishes. Planning and installation took place in just two weeks, with 200 pieces of furniture and art used to create the design.
