This 5-bedroom, 7-bath new-build residence in Naples, FL was staged in a transitional style by Vesta Creative Director Linda Kennedy to reflect its relaxed Caribbean elegance. Spanning nearly 6,000 square feet, the home’s dark French oak flooring and architectural millwork set a strong foundation for the design. Sculptural silhouettes and a neutral palette highlight the natural light and expansive layout, with Vesta Home's Cipres Sectional Sofa softening the formal tone of the entry and family spaces. In the dining room, woven banana bark and acacia wood Cusco Dining Chairs reference the landscape.
Linda's staging approach prioritized livability while maintaining a sense of polish. Furnishings were arranged to emphasize the indoor-outdoor connection, particularly around the lanai’s summer kitchen and gathering spaces—an ideal backdrop for coastal living.
