36 Bleecker St #5A
NEW YORK
Jonah Hill's Former NoHo Luxury loft
One of downtown Manhattan's most storied addresses has a new chapter. 36 Bleecker Street — the NoHo loft once owned by actor Jonah Hill and now listed at $12.35 million — has been staged by Vesta in a way that honours everything that makes the character-laden six-story pre-war building extraordinary while making it feel like a chic loft apartment you want to call home.
Vesta designer Melinda Wolrab and project manager Bonnie Bruckheimer approached 36 Bleecker Street with a clear brief: loft, but make it luxury. The design leans fully into the apartment's warm wooden built-ins and pre-war character. Rather than working against the industrial bones, Melinda wove them into every decision — tying the blackened steel of the arched windows through the interior with furniture pieces featuring wrought iron legs which echo the architectural detail without replicating it. Plush, generous upholstery anchors each seating area, encouraging exactly what the space invites: to sit down and stay a while.
