410 Trousdale Place
BEVERLY HILLS, CA
ARCHITECTURAL STATEMENT HOME
Set at the top of Trousdale with 180-degree southern views, this $64.995M estate is a study in raw precision and brutalist architecture. A circular motor court wrapped in board-formed concrete sets the tone, while monolithic walls add privacy and act as shifting light sculptures as the sun moves across the day. Inside, brushed steel detailing meets perforated metal ceilings that cast patterned shadows. The living room’s retractable glass wall dissolves the boundary between inside and the horizon, pulling the L.A. skyline straight to the infinity-edge pool. An exposed concept motorcycle sits beneath a skylight like a piece of kinetic art. Theater, spa-inspired primary bath and walk-in humidor are among the next-level amenities.
Vesta Home senior designer Ryan Worthington stepped into the mindset of a collector and an enthusiast of architecture. He introduced some of Vesta's most unique pieces, such as the Kelsey Curved Chaise to bring warmth through wood and rope, softening the home's industrial backbone. Texture appears wherever daylight lands, while touches of glass and metal are used sparingly so the home’s own materials keep the spotlight. At every turn the design feels intentional and a little daring, like the person who chooses to add their story to a house that is already a masterpiece.
