MODERN FARMHOUSE
In the heart of West Hollywood, this $4,595,000 newly built farmhouse reimagined by Casa Design is equal parts modern and timeless. Spanning 3,188 square feet, the stone-clad exterior sets the tone for what’s inside: airy, light-filled rooms with wide-plank floors, organic materials and clean architectural lines. The chef’s kitchen opens into a great room where walls of glass disappear to reveal a backyard built for Southern California living—a pool, turf lawn, built-in BBQ and plenty of space for year-round gatherings.
Vesta Home senior creative director Kiel Wuellner leaned into an organic modern approach for staging, pairing statement pieces with earthy finishes to create balance. The living room is anchored by the Mino Sofa and Bogota Coffee Table, a mix of comfort and rich texture. In the dining area, built-in wood shelving and an amorphous woven chandelier contrast the sharp lines of the Lastovo chairs, bringing warmth and structure. Upstairs, each of the four bedrooms are en suite, but the primary is the standout—a zen retreat outfitted with flatweave rugs, linen bedding and a reclaimed wood bench designed to give the space a lived-in feel. Outside, teak furniture with muted upholstery extends the home’s interior palette into the open air.
