The Hamptons—spanning the South Fork of Long Island—have long represented the ideal coastal escape. Known for their soft light, natural beauty and distinct sense of ease, these beach towns offer a balance of luxury and simplicity that’s become iconic. At Vesta Home, we design and furnish spaces that embody that spirit. More than just preparing a home for sale, it’s about capturing the essence of a place that feels equally relaxed and refined. A perfect Hamptons hideaway where you can escape the city…and finally exhale.
In this edit, we’re taking you inside six luxury properties we’ve staged across the East End, from Montauk to Sagaponack.. Each home was styled with layered texture, sculptural form and thoughtful scale—fully furnished, market-ready and designed to help buyers feel at home from the moment they walk in.
Montauk Organic Modern
Set on a private stretch of Culloden Point, this 6,019-square-foot Montauk estate blends rustic farmhouse charm with sustainable, design-forward living. Currently available as a luxury rental for $150,000 per month at 15 Wills Point Road, the home comes fully furnished with Vesta pieces available for lease—allowing renters to live in luxury from day one. Designed by Michaelis Boyd—the architect behind Soho Farmhouse—the residence is a masterclass in contrasts.
Our designer, Melinda Wolrab, brought in a mix of sculptural staples and soft-edged silhouettes to accentuate the home’s architecture and sunset-framed vistas. Vesta’s Kennedy Sofa anchors the main living space—perfect for sitting back and taking in the view—while the Kos Dining Table offers a clean-lined counterpoint in the open kitchen, paired with our curved Torri Dining Chairs in natural linen. Together, the pieces echo the home's organic modern style, grounded in a palette of mink, charcoal, ivory and white.

Framed by floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, every room is bathed in natural light, blurring the line between interior and coastal landscape. This home was built for entertaining, from the 42’ x 18’ gunite pool and built-in grilling station to the deck designed for long, golden-hour dinners. Landscaped by Araiys Design, the wildflower garden and open lawn areas bring structure and softness, giving this luxury Montauk rental privacy without losing connection to its surroundings.
A Fashionable Hideaway
For this sun-soaked Water Mill retreat, our team partnered with fashion design duo Alexandra and Michael Toccin to create a space that felt polished, personal and perfectly Hamptons. We leaned into a timeless black-and-white palette, bringing in tonal contrast through furnishings while letting the surrounding color come from nature: the blue of the pool, the green of the manicured garden, the golden light that hits just right at dusk.
The outdoor spaces were the priority. Designed as true extensions of the interior, they were styled for both hosting and unwinding, with layered textures, seamless flow and a focus on comfort.
New York creative director Christina Slater selected the Hamptons Outdoor Sofa and Lounge Chair as the foundation of the layout. With steel frames, clean silhouettes and contrast binding cushions, they’re a quintessential take on Hamptons outdoor furniture. The goal was to create the feeling of a boutique hotel, with spaces to gather, and linger.
Around the pool, we placed sun loungers to encourage relaxation. For dining, we anchored the setup with our best-selling Lastovo Dining Chair. With a warm walnut tone and a cushion custom-upholstered to complement the Hamptons Outdoor collection, it offers simplicity and indoor-outdoor versatility, offering the final layer in a space that invites you to stay.
Sag Harbor Summer House
With direct harbor views and over 11,700 square feet of living space, Residence B at 2 West Water Street offers a rare turnkey opportunity in the heart of Sag Harbor Village. Listed at $25 million the fully furnished, three-level townhouse includes eight bedrooms, large entertaining spaces and two private boat slips on Sag Harbor Cove. Every inch of this residence has been thoughtfully considered—both architecturally and aesthetically. Designed and furnished by Vesta designers Seth McCaughey and Hailey Antrim, the home was envisioned as a true retreat.
From the moment you enter, the focus is on flow. Expansive sliding glass doors connect each interior space to the wraparound terraces, allowing natural light to move freely and creating a seamless transition between indoors and out. To mirror the same level of luxury outside, we furnished the terraces with Vesta’s James Outdoor Dining Chair in a rattan finish, bringing texture to the waterfront setting.
The custom interiors are decorated in a neutral palette—soft ivories, weathered woods, pale stone—with sculptural furnishings that elevate without overpowering the space. In the living room, statement coffee tables add contrast and character. Vesta’s Valparaiso Coffee Table features a modular, two-piece design that can be separated for a more playful layout, or nested for a focal point. Nearby, the Abruzzo Coffee Table balances a rounded marble top with walnut wood, bringing depth and dimension through its form.
Intriguing details continue throughout: a custom bar built for entertaining, bedroom suites featuring Vesta’s Beverlywood Bed and Zenzy Nightstands, and finishes like tailored drapery, custom rugs and marble statement walls. With every room fully furnished and styled, this Sag Harbor residence is move-in-ready.

Japandi Calm on the Coast
At 347 Jobs Lane, nature isn’t just outside—it’s built in. Located on 2.26 ultra-private acres in Water Mill with unobstructed views over Mecox Bay to the Atlantic Ocean, this home is an architectural feat by Bates Masi Architects, built by Breitenbach Builders and landscaped by Marders. This modern compound, centered around two mature trees, plays with light, scale and the surrounding landscape to create an immediate sense of perspective and pause.
The architecture called for something different…something deeper than the usual coastal cues. So Vesta designer Linda Kennedy leaned into a Japandi-inspired approach that matched the home’s elemental language. Instead of crisp whites and breezy blues, she opted for warm woods, rich charcoals and deeply tactile materials that brought balance and soul to the expansive interior. “This home already had a voice,” Linda noted. “Our job was to listen—and layer.”
Earthy and elegant, the interiors were designed to feel restorative. Wooden furniture echoes the home’s exposed beams, while natural textures play against sleek architecture, creating contrast without visual noise. Every room connects visually to the outdoors, so the furnishings stay tonal, letting light and shadow do the work.
With seven ensuite bedrooms, a dramatic master suite with two outdoor showers and a private yoga deck, a fully equipped upstairs gym and open-plan living areas, the layout flows with both intention and ease. Whether you’re watching the sunrise through the bay-facing glass, hosting a summer dinner with the doors wide open, or taking a paddleboard directly from your backyard, the home feels less like a house and more like a state of mind.
A Monumental Retreat
Spanning over 20,000 square feet, 802 Town Line Road is a rare Hamptons compound designed for grand scale and quiet luxury. When staging a home of this size, restraint becomes the true art. Vesta’s NY Creative Director Christina Slater approached the project with an eye toward balance, layering tactile materials like wood and linen against polished metal and stone to create warmth and contrast throughout.
At the heart of the home lies an architectural showstopper: a double-sided fireplace clad in Galvalume steel, created by local Sagaponack artist Nathan Slate Joseph. Visible from both the living and dining spaces, the fireplace acts as a sculptural spine running through the core of the house. To complement its form and add subtle movement, Christina selected Vesta’s Rivoli Accent Chair—a statement piece with an upholstered, molded frame. The placement creates a clean, curated vignette that adds interest to the surrounding space.
The Vesta design team approached the exterior with the same spirit as the interiors. Around the 60’ x 25’ heated saltwater pool and adjoining 12’ x 8’ spa, we placed Vesta’s signature loungers, chosen for their sleekness and weather-ready material. Designed to be as chic as they are functional, our outdoor pieces help transform the estate’s vast exterior into a series of welcoming moments.

The Art of Amagansett Living
Surrounded by bay beaches, protected reserves and pristine landscaping, the newly built estate at 137 Cross Highway To Devon is a study in modern luxury rooted in classic design. At over 6,600 square feet, the home was meticulously constructed by Bluefin General Contracting with interiors that blend warm, natural materials and precision craftsmanship.
Throughout the home, custom millwork, oak beams and two-tone cabinetry bring richness to the spaces. Vesta designer Seth McCaughey took cues from the home’s exposed woodwork and organic finishes, selecting furnishings that reflected those same natural tones and textures. In the dining area, our Maximillian Dining Chair introduces a subtle interplay of past and present—a wood frame and natural cane seat paired with a vintage finish that nods to traditional craftsmanship within a contemporary form.
With Vesta having previously collaborated with the developer on a coastal project with a modern beach aesthetic, designer Seth McCaughey saw this Amagansett property as an opportunity to highlight Vesta’s range. “My approach was to show the developer and brokers the contrast Vesta can uphold—drawing inspiration from the wooded surroundings and the home’s architecture to create a modern farmhouse haven,” he explains.
To soften the home’s sleek lines and honor its natural setting, Seth introduced cozy elements throughout: boucle sofas, velvet pillows and throws, and layered rugs made of cowhide and faux fur. “We used some of our staple Vesta pieces to ground the more modern tones of the house, while the textures brought in warmth and comfort,” he adds. The result is a fully furnished retreat tucked into the trees—a Vesta escape that feels both luxurious and deeply connected to place.
