In the world of luxury real estate staging, every detail matters. From architectural design to furniture and finishes, prospective buyers are seeking perfection in homes valued above $10 million. At design firm Vesta Home, we specialize in revealing the full potential of these spaces through expert home staging. Each design is thoughtfully tailored to reflect the home’s unique character and area, creating spaces that captivate buyers and enhance the listing's value.

How do you transform an empty space at scale–especially at 16,000 to 30,000 square feet? Take a tour of these recent premier properties and see how our home styling approach helps them stand out in a competitive high-end market.

A Mediterranean Dream—1104 N Tigertail Rd, Los Angeles | $25.9M

Spanning 1.2 acres, the home is anchored by a California Olive Tree, with stackable glass walls that seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. Our staging–by Vesta’s L.A. Senior Creative Director, Kiel Wuellner–focused on bringing warmth and balance inside the design with brass accents and contemporary pieces that complement the clean lines of the building’s architecture.

With minimalist elegance as our focus, we highlighted the beauty of the custom, floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, filled with carefully selected books, ceramics, and unique pieces. Soft, neutral furniture like Vesta’s Arista sofa and Marais bar stool, were handpicked for their curved, minimalist silhouettes.

The Sky HouseCentral Park Tower, New York | $150M

This penthouse on the 137th floor of Central Park Tower redefines luxury living as the tallest residential building in the world. Inspired by the building’s striking lobby, Vesta designer Sara McCarthy’s approach embraces rich textures and juxtaposed accents. One of the standout features: the expansive double living room divided by the Mino sectional, creating a functional and inviting tête-à-tête while offering a central spot for conversation that connects both sides of the room. This layout encourages a natural flow while maintaining intimacy, showcasing the power of expert real estate staging to produce a space that balances style with livability.

In the office, we chose the Turin dining table with a black Carrara marble top as the focal point. Although typically used as a dining table, its larger scale adds a statement to the room, making it feel more spacious. Paired with custom lighting and millwork for the open shelving, the space is both practical and visually striking.

Design Inspired by Nature138 Goya Road, San Francisco | $18.8M

Nestled in the hills of Silicon Valley, this modern interior perfectly marries airy architecture with organic minimalism. The expansive walls of glass and wooden wall panels bring the outdoors in, offering sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay. Taking their cue from nature, our designers, Taylor Sassa and Abbie Antonowicz, opted for soft neutrals and unique silhouettes, introducing curvature and movement to balance the space's linearity.

The strategic use of lighting and texture is part of the Vesta home staging experience. To amplify the natural light further, we placed mirrors opposite the windows (such as our round Los Feliz mirror in matte black), reflecting light and deepening the sense of openness.

Naples Coastal Retreat2131 Marina Drive, Florida | $13,9M

Designed by Florida Creative Director Linda Kennedy, this coastal interior captures the spirit of seaside living with a polished yet relaxed atmosphere. The natural color palette and white-washed wood finishes set the tone, while pops of blue in the pillows and kitchen cabinetry create visual unity across the open spaces.

In the kitchen, our Cozumel counter stools in white add a fresh, natural contrast to the bold cabinetry, anchoring the space with their solid ash wood and woven rope details. This beautifully designed home is a perfect example of how luxury staging details bring a sense of sophistication and move-right-in lifestyle appeal.

A Modern Marvel1680 N Doheny Dr, Los Angeles | $38.8M

This newly built estate is a bold statement in modern architecture, with its concrete and steel construction, panoramic views and cutting-edge design. The home’s dramatic spiral staircase serves as the visual centerpiece, drawing the eye upward in commanding fashion. For the staging, Vesta designer Lisa Vail mirrored the curve and flow of the home's striking architecture by introducing our Trias counter stools. Chosen for their graceful lines, they reflect the ethereal form of the sweeping staircase and complement the wooden wall detailing above, while providing a striking contrast with the charcoal stone bar.

The home is an entertainer’s dream, and we wanted to highlight that by curating beautiful outdoor furniture centered around the pool area. From lounge-worthy seating to elegant dining setups, every piece was selected to create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.

Where Luxury Meets LocationThe Bryant Penthouse, New York | $18.5M

The penthouse boasts a bevy of architectural features, including custom terrazzo stone, oak herringbone floors, a double-height loggia and a breathtaking rooftop deck. Melinda Wolrab from Vesta staged the luxury interiors of this elevated city living space to highlight those features, with a combination of clean lines, custom finishes and curated artwork by Creative Art Partners

We took inspiration from the contemporary design and elegant finishes, choosing low-profile furniture to keep sight lines clear and selecting a palette of blues, greys, blushes and greens that align with the penthouse’s aesthetic. A lime wash on the bedroom walls brings in texture, and a custom bed showcases white linen fabrics with black piping to relate to the black accents of the windows and fireplace.

Incorporating diverse textures and materials ensured a unified design throughout this home. A key feature in the dining area is the introduction of our straight-backed Lastovo dining chairs in a walnut finish; they introduce a tactile warmth to the space, match the wooden walls and cabinetry in the kitchen, and draw the eye upward.

Tropical Tranquility540th Ave N, Naples, Florida | $14.4M

Designed by Linda Kennedy, this walk-to-the-beach home is a coastal haven, including artwork that reflects the surrounding ocean views. A combination of creamy whites and caramel tones fosters a calming atmosphere with woven wooden textures adding character. With this neutral base, the design allows the outside environment to shine through, letting the hues of blues and greens from the surrounding nature enter through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

In the master bedroom, we introduced deeper woods and black accents to add contrast and intrigue. One standout piece, the Bowery Side Table, features a slatted surface in dark walnut, offering a modern, organic touch.
